MISSION - Ann G. Kelly, 69, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012 at Waterford Gardens in Mission.
She was a long time administrator with the McAllen School District.
Survivors include her brother Edward Gilpin of Mission.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m. at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Mission.
