ABRAM – Rafaela “Fela” Longoria, 92, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012, at Mission Nursing and Rehab Center in Mission. Mrs. Longoria was born in Abram on October 24, 1919.
Survivors include her children, Manuel Longoria Sr. and San Juanita Flores; and 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eduardo A. Longoria, and parents, Simon and Nazaria Cantu.
A funeral Mass will be held Friday, Feb. 3, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen.
