Juan A. Rosales Sr., 82 passed away Monday, September 5, 2011 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance.
He is survived by his wife, Ester Rosales; children, Antonia Salinas (Mario), Juan Rosales Jr. (Clara), Roberto Rosales (Hilda), Rafael Rosales (Maria), Jose M. Rosales, Guadalupe Casanova (Romeo Sr.), Gustavo Rosales (Esmeralda), Salvador Rosales (Xochitl), Santiago Rosales (Maria San Juanita), Martin Rosales, Virginia Barrera (Marcos), Ramiro Rosalez (Maria Ascencion), Jaime Rosales (Martha), Margarita Hilton (Daniel), and Hermelinda Yarbrough (Michael); and 36 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesus M. and Maria de Refugia Rosalez; sisters, Antonia Basaldua, Petra Trevino, and Juanita Garcia; brother, Jesus M. Rosalez Jr.; daughter, Jesusita Rosales; and son, Baby Rosales.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Sept. 7, at Funeraria Del Angel, 3611 N. Taylor Rd., in Mission from 1 to 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at San Martin de Porres at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8. Interment follows at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
