NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That by virtue of a certain Writ of Execution in Cause No. CL-09-1028-F issued out of the Honorable County Court at Law Number 6 of Hidalgo County, Texas, on the 22nd day of September 2010 in a certain cause styled Dodeka LLC (Plantiff) VS Cynthia M. Karr aka Cynthia Mendez (defendant). For the sum of Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred  Dollars and 78 cents ($19,400.78 along with Four Hundred dollars and 00 cents ($400.00) attorney’s fees, with interest from the 4th day of November 2009 at the rate of 5% per annum and all cost of Court, plus Sheriff’s fees in favor of Dodeka LLC and placed in my hands for service on September 22, 2010 I, Guadalupe “Lupe” Trevino, as Sheriff of Hidalgo County, Texas did on the 19th day of October 2010, levy on certain Real Estate in Hidalgo County, Texas, described as follows, to-wit:

1) FIR LOT 5 BLK 158 (also known as 910 E. Villegas St., Pharr, Texas property ID #174939 Geo ID #F3450-00-158-0005-00)

And levied upon as the property of Cynthia M. Karr aka Cynthia Mendez and that on the first Tuesday in December 2010, the same being the 7th day of said month, at the Court House door of Hidalgo County, in the City of Edinburg, Texas, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by virtue of said levy and said Writ of Execution. I will sell said above described Real Estate at public venue for cash, to the highest bidder, as the property of said Cynthia M. Karr aka Cynthia Mendez in compliance with the law, I give this notice by publication, in the English language, once a week for three consecutive weeks immediately proceeding said day of sale, in The Progress Times, a newspaper published in Hidalgo County.
