Gentlemen:

Sealed bids for the above referenced contract will be received by the City of Penitas July 8, 2011 until 10:00 AM. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. The bid opening conference will be held at the Peñitas Public Library located on 111 S. Main St., Peñitas, Texas 78576.

Contract for the above referenced project includes:

Installation of 4” SDR 35 PVC House Service Line to approximately Twenty Six (26) Homes.

Plans and specifications for the above work will be available to purchase June 30, 2011 and available to all prospective bidders for a cost of $100.00 per set. Fees paid for plans and specifications are non-refundable. Electronic copies are free subject to shipping cost to be incurred by the bidder.
