Notice is Hereby Given That By virtue of a certain Writ of Execution Cause Number CL-08-3294-F issued out of the Honorable County Court #6 of Hidalgo County, Texas, on May 27, 2009 and styled PHARIA L.L.C., Plaintiff VS Nora Hernandez, Defendant for the sum of Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Five dollars and eighty-two cents ($14,665.82) plus interest at the rate of Five percent (5%) from May 27, 2009, Plus Four Hundred dollars ($400.00) attorney fees, and all cost of suit. And thereafter on the 1st of March, 2011 said Judgment was filed and recorded in the Clerk of the County Court of Hidalgo County, Texas in Cause No. CL-08-3294-F, was adjudged on against said defendant together with the Sheriff’s fees, and placed in my hands for service on March 18, 2011, I, Guadalupe Trevino, as Sheriff of Hidalgo County, Texas, did on 9th day of May 2011, levied on certain Real Property, situated in Hidalgo County, Texas described as follows, to-wit:
• LOT NUMBER: 194; SUBDIVISION: ALA BLANCA NORTE 04-SIJ; CITY/MUN/TWNSP: HIDALGO COUNTY; TRACT: 0202023007 Hidalgo County, Texas, (The address known as 1702 Judy Avenue, Mission, Texas 78572).
And levied upon as the property of Nora E. Hernandez and that on the first Tuesday in the month of June, 2011, the same being the 7th day of said month at the front door steps of the Hidalgo County Court House, Edinburg, Texas between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by virtue of said levy and said Writ of execution, I will sell said above described real estate at public venue, for cash to the highest bidder as the property of said Nora E. Hernandez, and in compliance with the law, I give this notice by publication, in the English language, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks immediately proceeding said day of sale, in Progress Times, a newspaper published in Hidalgo County, Texas.
