The petitiion of ROBERTO DE LEON, Petitioner, was filed in the COUNTY COURT AT LAW #2 Judicial District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, on the 3rd day of MARCH, 2010, against ORFILA CHAPA HERNANDEZ, Respondent, case numbered F-652-10-2, and entitled “In the Matter of the Marriage of ROBERTO DE LEON and ORFILA CHAPA HERNANDEZ and In the Interest of ALONDRA DE LEON, ROBERTO ALEJANDRO DE LEON, and OSCAR EDUARDO DE LEON, minor children. The suit requests that the Court grant a divorce and such other relief requested in the Petition.
