AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ALTON, TEXAS PROHIBITING THE CERTAIN USE OF WIRELESS COMMUNCIATIONS DEVICES WHILE OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $200 FOR EACH VIOLATION HEREOF; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS AND FINDINGS RELATED THERETO.
