ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF CITY OF ALTON, TEXAS TAX INCREMENT REVENUE AND LIMITED TAX CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION, SERIES 2012; PAYABLE FROM THE LEVY OF A DIRECT AND CONTINUING ANNUAL AD VALOREM TAX WITHIN THE LIMITS PRESCRIBED BY LAW AND A PLEDGE OF THE GROSS REVENUES OF THE CITY'S TAX INCREMENT, REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER ONE, CITY OF ALTON; PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND FORM THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL THEREOF AND INTEREST THEREON; AND MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS REGARDING SUCH CERTIFICATES AND MATTERS INCIDENT THERETO; RATIFICATION OF NOTICE FOR THIS MEETING AS AMENDED; AUTHORIZING AN INTERLOCAL FINANCING/USE AGREEMENT, WAIVING SECOND AND THIRD READING.
