The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on May 9, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: The North ½ of Lot 1, Block A, Riverside, Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (C-3) General Business; Rezoning: A 10.78 acre tract out of the South 20 acres of Lot 186, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1) Single Family Residential; Rezoning: 1.475 acres, being a part or portion of a certain tract known as the Fernandez Strip out of Porcion 52, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (C-3) General Business.
If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
