January 7, 2011 - City of Mission ORDINANCE 3607

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ADD EQUIPMENT SHELTER & CO-LOCATE ANTENNAS ONTO AN EXISTING SELF-SUPPORT TOWER, 4925 S. BRYAN RD., LOT 1, O.E. INVESTMENTS SUBDIVISION #2.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Msision finds that during consideration of the Conditional Use Permit request of November 17, 2010, the Planningn and Zoning Commission of the City of Mission upon duly recognized motion and second, voted to recommend to the City Council that the Conditional Use Permit shown below be granted.

WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Mission, held a public hearing at 4:30 p.m. Monday, December 20, 2010, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall to consider the following Conditional Use Permit:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH4E CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS, THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BE GRANTED:

Legal Description – 4925 S. Bryan Rd. Lot 1, O.E. Investments Subdivision #2

Type - To Add Equipment Shelter &            Co-locate Antennas onto an Existing Self-Support Tower

Condition of Approval - Life of Use
