AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE SALE & ON-SITE CONSUMP-TION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - JUANCHO’S BAR/NIGHTCLUB, 1812-A & 1900-B W. GRIFFIN PARKWAY, LOTS 4 & 5, INSPIRATION POINT PHASE 1.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mission finds that during consideration of the Conditional Use Permit request of November 17, 2010, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Mission upon duly recognized motion and second, voted to recommend to the City Council that the Conditional Use Permit shown below be granted.

WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Mission, held a public hearing at 4:30 p.m. Monday, December 20, 2010, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall to consider the following Conditional Use Permit.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS, THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BE GRANTED:

Legal Description - 1812-A & 1900-B W. Griffin Parkway Lots 4 & 5, Inspiration.

Type - Sale & On-site Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages Juancho’s Bar/Nightclub

Conditions of Approval - Waivering the 300’ separation residences - Compliance with the maximum occupancy levels - Maintain a door man (counter), metal detector device, security lighting & video camera to maximize security - Perpetually having on-site security until ½hour past closing - Compliance with prevailing Noise Code - Perpetual annual re-evaluation of CUP with documentation of response calls.
