PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mission City Council will hold a regular meeting on September 26, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: A 0.77 acre tract of land out of Lot 28-6, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (C-1) Office Building; Rezoning: A 2.153 acre tract of land out of Lot 184, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (C-3) General Business to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential; Rezoning: Lot 1, and the South 25’ of Lot 2, Block 1, Bel-Aire Heights Subdivision, from (R-1) Single Family Residential to (C-1) Office Building; Rezoning: Lot 21, Block 4, Oakwood Estates #2 Subdivision, from (R-1) Single Family Residential to (C-3) General Business; and Rezoning: A 2.16 acre tract of land out of Lot 292, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1A) Large Lot Single Family.
If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend. Anna Carrillo, City Secretary
